Velkena is a European company headquartered in Madrid, with its own team in China, where all our products come from. We work with manufacturers for the long term: one team, one standard, from the first sample to recurring supply.

Quality and documentation
- Specification check before every quote.
- Quality control by our team in China, the manufacturer's QA and, on request, analysis by internationally recognised independent laboratories.
- CoA, technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) with every shipment; ISO, GMP+ or FAMI-QS confirmed by product and by plant.
- Support with the documents local registrations require. The registration stays in your company's name.
- Quotes up to CIF; customs clearance at destination by the buyer.

Questions buyers ask us
Who invoices my order?
The invoice is issued by the company incorporated in China that carries out the export. Velkena manages specifications, documents, shipping and follow-up, and is your point of contact throughout.
Do you only supply what is in your product table?
No. The table shows what we work with regularly. If a product belongs to our field and is made in China, we look for it.
Can I test a product before ordering?
Yes. When the project requires an evaluation, we send a sample sized for a real internal test.
Which certifications do your products have?
It depends on the product and the plant. We confirm ISO, GMP+ or FAMI-QS for each product and each manufacturing site, never for the whole portfolio.
We have never imported from China. Can you help?
Yes. We handle manufacturer selection, specification, export documents, logistics and follow-up. We quote CIF to your destination port and give you all the documents your customs broker needs to clear the goods at destination, a step that remains your company's responsibility. We support you throughout.
How are prices and terms set?
They depend on the product, the volume and the destination. We state them clearly in every offer, CIF destination port or FOB China.
